NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CONCERNING CHANGE IN SERVICE TO WATERLOO PREMIUM OUTLETS FROM FIXED ROUTE TO DIAL-A-RIDE SERVICE

Notice is hereby given that Seneca Transit Service, Inc. ("STS") will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering changing the nature of its service to Waterloo Premium Outlets from fixed route service to dial-a-ride service.  The date, time and location of the public hearing will be as follows:

These facilities are accessible to individuals with disabilities and permit barrier free physical access. Any person wishing to comment on this proposal is welcome to attend the public hearing.  At the hearing, STS will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these proposed changes.  In order to be permitted to speak at the hearing, you must properly register on registration sheets that will be available at the hearing location until 10 minutes prior to the hearing commencement.  Therefore, if you wish to speak at the hearing, you must arrive at least 15 minutes before the hearing is scheduled to commence.  Speakers will be limited to a maximum of three minutes.

For individuals with disabilities, upon request we will provide assistive service or copies of public documents in an alternative format, including in Braille.  Please call (585) 654-0200 a minimum of 2 business days prior to the public hearing if you need such assistive service.  Persons with hearing impairments please call (585) 654-0210 using TDD or 585-288-1700 using voice.  An interpreter experienced in American Sign Language will be present at the hearing to assist any participants who are hearing-impaired.
